Had marvellous and pleasant location in a desert of mediocrity. The staff we met was brilliant and super.

Great place to stay for a trip to Great Malvern. Perfect location for visiting bars and pubs. Situated in a nice area. A lovely restaurant for dinner.

It has perfect and ideal location to the everything else that was perfect. And it's nestled in a lovely building near the Halfway House and the restaurant is shut.

The breakfast was satisfactory and with freshly cooked hot food. The location was magnificent, next to taxis, and Worcester, Malvern or other musically/literary historic surrounding towns.

Rooms were a little dated.

Cool, cosy room with an en suite bathroom and towels and guest toiletries. Pleasant location for my purposes.

Every time in Great Malvern, I choose this place. The property is fairly clean; a nice size rooms; very clean bed. You can have cereals, yoghourt, and fruit with your breakfast if you want to.

Location - good, adjacent to the Morgan factory and a lovely pub down the road. The breakfasts with good quality ingredients.

Marvellous and lovely location to the everything else that was perfect, the hotel is near a bus station. The staff are brilliant, managed the parking onsite.

Fairly clean, small hotel, I enjoyed lovely modern rooms and outstandingly accommodating staff. I ate at a good restaurant for dinner. Everything here was fantastic.

Ideal hotel located very close to Malvern & Worcester, and a lovely pub down the road for a meal. A wide array of options for breakfast, good cereals, yoghourt, and fruit. Perfect location of the property ever in that area again.  

I had fresh food for breakfast with quality produce.

We ate at a very comfortable restaurant for dinner. The excellent service and the attention to detail! Besides, we have parked onsite.

The location is unbeatable and magnificent, in a nice and quiet area. Plus, this hotel is next to great pub for dinner, Worcester, Malvern or other musically/literary historic surrounding towns and cheltenham festival.  

We can just recommend the place and would definitely book again. Everything is wonderful here, had a fabulous stay for our visit to Malvern Flower Festival.

The restaurant was lovely for dinner, we ordered savoury dishes. The bed here was nice.
